Apartment for rent
Even though we lived for a few wonderful years in our apartment at Piața Chibrit, a few months ago we moved somewhere further away, so the time has come to ask our friends if they happen to know anyone who’d like to move into our apartment.
Apartment details: 1 bedroom, 55 sqm, semi-open layout, freshly renovated (painted, double-glazed windows), enclosed balcony, hardwood floors, custom-made furniture throughout, air conditioning, alarm system, new radiators with thermostats, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, TV, cable, telephone, Internet, etc.
Area details: Google Maps location, close to the intersection of Ion Mihalache Blvd. and Griviței, subway station (1 Mai), tram stop (20), bus stop (300).
In front of the building there’s a small park (Athos’s favorite playground). As for the back of the building, all I can say is that the view won us over when we bought the apartment a few years ago (panoramic view).

si uitasem ce frumos este apartamentul vostru. Stiu ca asteptati persoane interesate, mie nu imi ramine decit sa va tin pumnii sa il inchiriati cit mai repede. Si sa ii asigur pe viitorii chiriasi ca niciun detaliu nu a fost exagerat, chiar o mica oaza de liniste si confort este apartamentul.
