Anyone else looked at the Brain Care Score?
Because it’s Brain Awareness Week, I spent some time reading about the Brain Care Score and found it more interesting than I expected.
I assumed it would mostly focus on sleep, exercise, diet, and blood pressure. What stood out to me is that it also considers stress, relationships, and whether you feel a sense of purpose.
That made me realize how narrowly we often think about brain health.
