With Heather Conley at Aspen-GMF Bucharest Forum

I recently had the honor of speaking with Heather Conley, President of the German Marshall Fund of the United States, for the second time at the high-level Aspen - GMF Bucharest Forum reception last week.

Our first meeting was at the GMF Forum in Brussels in the summer of 2022, where I was impressed by her insightful perspectives and clear vision on critical issues, particularly the war in Ukraine.
