Sebastian Cochinescu este antreprenor în tehnologie și trăiește la București. Este cofondator și CEO al Anima Felix și construiește companii de software din 2004, începând cu AppleNet. Pe parcurs a fondat TailPath și a cofondat SoundFeed.
Investește în startupuri la început de drum ca angel investor și membru în board la TechAngels România, este editor de publicație științifică la The British Blockchain Association și realizează podcastul Connecting the Dots. A predat la Universitatea din București și la The Entrepreneurship Academy.
Înaintea tehnologiei a fost muzica: s-a format ca pianist clasic, apoi a mers în turnee cu trupa rock Hara, o poveste spusă în unul dintre articolele lui. În 2018 a primit Emblema de Onoare a Statului Major al Apărării.
